Terms of Service
Rules for using PM Rewired, including accounts, billing, AI outputs, and acceptable use.
Last updated: June 2, 2026
This document reflects how the Service works today. Have qualified counsel review before a broad public launch or if you need a DPA, enterprise agreement, or jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PM Rewired websites, applications, and related services (the "Service") operated by PM Rewired ("we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a paid subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes the organization.
The service
PM Rewired provides AI-assisted product-management workflows—for example weekly status updates, Jira-style task drafts, risk and trade-off analysis, stakeholder communication drafts, cloud history (paid tiers), and Team workspace features. Optional Jira Cloud integration is available on eligible paid plans when you connect it.
Outputs are generated by third-party AI providers based on the text and context you submit. Outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only—not as legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything before you share it with stakeholders or rely on it in decisions.
We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required. Free includes 10 AI generations per month; Pro includes 100; Team includes 500 pooled across the workspace (all tools share one monthly pool). Feature boundaries are described on our pricing pages and in-product.
AI outputs and your responsibilities
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your audience. Do not treat outputs as facts without verification. Do not submit content you lack rights to use, or content that violates law or third-party rights.
You must comply with our acceptable-use rules and with any usage policies of connected integrations (for example Atlassian when using Jira OAuth).
We do not guarantee that outputs will meet a particular quality bar, format requirement, or deadline. Human review is required before production use.
Unauthenticated demo and previews
Parts of the Service (for example the marketing-page status preview) may be used without an account subject to usage limits. When you use a demo, the notes you paste are processed by our AI providers to generate a preview response.
Demo use is subject to weekly or other rate limits we enforce (including pseudonymous quota tracking). Creating an account is required for full workflows, higher limits, and saved history per your plan.
Demo and preview outputs may be truncated or watermarked compared with signed-in paid features.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must not misuse the Service—including attempting to bypass usage limits, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users.
Team plans allow shared workspace visibility among invited members. You are responsible for who you invite and what content you save with team visibility.
We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service, other users, or when we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
List prices are shown on our pricing page (for example Pro at $19/month and Team at $99/month); applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Free includes 10 AI generations per month; Pro includes 100; Team includes 500 pooled across the workspace (all tools share one monthly pool).
Taxes may apply depending on your location. You are responsible for keeping payment methods current. Failed payments may result in restricted access until resolved, consistent with your subscription status in Stripe and in-product notices.
Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for each renewal at the then-current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes.
You can cancel renewal through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from in-app billing) or by contacting support before the next renewal date. Canceling stops future charges; access generally continues through the end of the current paid period unless your subscription ends immediately under Stripe or applicable law.
Cancellation and plan changes
You may cancel or change paid plans through the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from in-app billing) or by contacting support.
When you cancel, access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current billing period shown in the portal, unless your subscription ends immediately under Stripe or applicable law.
Downgrading from Team to Pro, or from Pro to Free, takes effect according to the billing period and product rules at the time of change. Cloud-only or team-only features (for example team-visible saves or pooled workspace usage) may become unavailable after the period ends or immediately upon downgrade, as shown in-product.
Upgrading (for example Free to Pro, or Pro to Team) may take effect immediately or at checkout per the flow shown; pooled Team usage and seat rules apply once the upgrade is active.
We may change plan features or pricing with notice where required; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or failure to deliver paid access after payment), contact support within 14 days of the charge with your account email and invoice details. We will review good-faith requests and may offer a partial credit or refund at our discretion.
Free tier usage does not involve subscription charges. Starting a paid plan creates a new Stripe subscription subject to these Terms and automatic renewal until canceled.
Team workspace and shared content
Team plans provide a shared workspace for invited members under your organization's control. The Team admin manages billing, seat count (baseline 5 seats included in the standard Team bundle unless your checkout or portal configuration states otherwise), and membership.
Content you save with team visibility—for example team library entries, team-visible workflow outputs, or templates—may be readable by other members of that workspace while they remain members. Do not store information in team-visible locations that your organization has not approved for sharing.
Removing a member revokes their access to the team workspace going forward. We do not guarantee immediate deletion of all copies from devices or exports members may have made outside the Service.
Pooled AI usage is shared across the workspace; one member’s usage counts against the team’s monthly generation pool.
Team admins are responsible for invites, offboarding, and compliance with your company policies. We are not responsible for disputes between teammates about shared artifacts.
Enterprise features described as roadmap items on our pricing page (for example SSO or audit exports) are not part of the standard Team plan unless separately agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service—including running AI workflows you request and providing team-visible storage you choose.
Do not submit content you do not have rights to use. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE—YOU MUST REVIEW BEFORE RELYING ON THEM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal compliance.
Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations accrued, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive termination.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
